Step-by-Step Tutorial
- Select your role. Crew users receive a simplified field view; Admin and Supervisors see management tools.
- Open Jobs or tap Talk to CrewStalwart. Enter a field update and review it before saving.
- Record employee hours in Timesheets.
- If an authorized user corrects a timesheet, enter a reason. CrewStalwart preserves the change in Revision Log.
- Admin/Supervisor: review job costs and projected profit in Cost Tracking.
- Admin/Supervisor: create POs. CrewStalwart warns when a PO is awaiting approval, reaches 80%+, or exceeds its approved amount.
- Continue entering core records with poor reception; this build stores them on the device.
- Admin: use Admin Tools to download a separate backup copy.
