Privacy Policy

This policy describes how BLAIR FIELD TECHNOLOGIES LLC handles information through CrewStalwart. It applies to our website and field-operations app.

Information used by the service

Depending on the features your organization uses, records may include names, work email addresses, employee IDs, account and access details, job and customer information, timesheets, hour splits, optional mileage, purchase orders, costs, notes, receipt photos, and audit history. Hosting and authentication services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser information, and service logs.

Why information is used

We use information to provide accounts and authorized access, save and synchronize work records, support approvals and reporting, display receipts, provide exports and translation, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests, and protect the service.

Your organization and access

Your organization manages employee access and work records. Administrators and authorized supervisors can access records according to their permissions; crew access is restricted. Contact your organization's administrator about employment records, corrections, or access. We may access information when needed to operate, support, or secure the service.

Cloud services and translation

CrewStalwart uses hosting infrastructure and Supabase for cloud data, authentication, and receipt storage. When a cloud translation feature is used, text submitted for translation is sent to OpenAI to produce a translation. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Information may be processed outside your state or country. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or safety.

Receipt photos and mileage

Mileage is entered manually and is optional. Receipt uploads are optional and require an internet connection. Camera or photo-library access lets you select a photo; receipt images are stored in private cloud storage and opened through temporary access links. Avoid including payment-card numbers or unrelated personal information in photos. Uploading a photo does not automatically record an expense or approve a purchase order. Excel exports do not embed receipt images.

Device storage and reminders

The app uses browser/device storage for sign-in state, local records, preferences, and offline features. Exported spreadsheets and downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Timesheet reminders use device-local settings and submission status; the reminder feature does not use GPS or track movement. Signing out does not necessarily remove downloaded files or every local copy. Protect shared devices and stored exports.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an ad leads to a successful new account signup. Google may receive advertising click identifiers, cookie identifiers, basic browser/network information, and the signup event. We do not send your email, password, employee records, timesheets, or receipt contents in this event. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are disabled. Our measurement code does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Retention and requests

Records are retained as needed to provide the service, support your organization's recordkeeping, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Deletion is not necessarily immediate: backups, audit records, and legally required records may remain. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about retention. We may verify your identity and coordinate with your organization; applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances. Do not send passwords or sensitive records in an initial email.

Security and intended users

We use access controls and private receipt storage, but no system is guaranteed to be completely secure. CrewStalwart is a business service, not a service directed to children under 13. The current beta is for prototype data only; follow the data restrictions shown in the app.
