Terms of Service

These terms describe use of CrewStalwart, operated by BLAIR FIELD TECHNOLOGIES LLC. Any separate written agreement signed with your organization controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Authorized business use

Use CrewStalwart only for your authorized business activities. If you act for an organization, you must have its permission. Keep credentials private, use your own assigned account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Your records and responsibilities

You and your organization retain your respective rights in submitted records and photos. You authorize us and our service providers to host, process, display, and transmit them as needed to provide and support the service. Submit only material you are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious code, or information that violates another person's rights; do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Current beta

The current hosted beta is for prototype data only. Do not enter real confidential, payroll, payment-card, medical, or sensitive customer data. Features may change or be unavailable during testing. A broader production rollout and any paid service are subject to the arrangements agreed with your organization.

Check records before relying on them

Your organization remains responsible for reviewing hours, mileage, receipts, purchase orders, costs, approvals, and exported totals. CrewStalwart does not replace payroll, accounting, tax, legal, or safety advice. Mileage entries do not determine reimbursement rates. A receipt photo does not automatically create an expense or establish approval. Review English/Spanish translations before relying on them for operational decisions.

Connectivity, backups, and downloads

Offline availability depends on the device, browser, and feature. Cloud synchronization and receipt uploads require connectivity. Verify that important records have synchronized, maintain appropriate exports or backups, and protect downloaded files. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results.

Plans and payment

Any paid plan, employee limit, trial, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation, or refund arrangement must be disclosed and agreed when your organization enrolls. These pages do not enroll you in a paid plan, authorize a charge, or change an existing agreement. Contact us about plan or cancellation questions.

Access restrictions and ending use

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Your organization may also change or end an employee's access. Contact us about ending organizational service and exporting records. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy; ending access does not necessarily delete all records immediately.

Service materials and legal rights

Use of CrewStalwart does not transfer ownership of our branding or service materials to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
